Enhancing and facilitating the level of communication between the servicer and the REO Asset Manager. BSI Financial holds the highest qualifications as a FNMA & FHLMC sub-servicer and provides the Investor Accounting/Reporting. BSI Financial Inc is solely an outsource provider for Specialty Servicing and Agency Sub-Servicing. They do not hold any Mortgage Servicing Rights and do not bid on defaulted loans.
