Pinnacle REO Services has developed multiple solutions to assist our clients with under construction REO’s.  On staff we have a General Contractor as well as have established a business relationship with a vendor that provides home inspections through a national network of 14,000 licensed inspectors.  The vendor provides an actual bid for completing those repairs through their mass network of contractors.  In addition, our propriety network proprietary network of local REO Listing Agents will provide 1-2 bids from their local contacts in order to assure we are providing our clients with legitimate estimates.
